Facilities at the Terminals
Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen International Airport offers you the following for a more comfortable flight;
- Our passengers can contact airlines through the help/assistance phone booth located next to the disabled entrance on the departures level to get wheelchair service by pressing 1 for Turkish Airlines or AJet, 2 for Pegasus Airlines, and 3 for all other airlines.
- Wheelchair Service at the International and Domestic Terminals (please contact your airline company before arrival)
- Attending staff will assist you throughout the check-in and boarding procedures, from security checks to your seat.
- Accessible pay phones at the International and Domestic Terminals
- Accessible lavatories
- Dedicated accessible parking space at the car park
- Inter-Airport Service vehicles to the aircraft with access for the disabled.
- All information desks in the terminal provide braille writing tablets and pens for our visually impaired guests. In addition, suggestions or complaints can be communicated via our website or submitted with the request forms.
